Given: travelling bags Batch size=15,000 pieces Method: General inspection Level II major 2.5 & minor 4.0 Sample size: 315 pieces Acceptance number= 14 pieces of major & 21 piece of minor That means either the major defects exceed 14 pieces or minor defects exceed 21 piece or both are considered to be "Fail".
